I always get nervous for bread or baking substitutes but this was a nice brand with good taste. I used for traditional pancakes, peanut butter and jelly minis, and much more. I think it works best for thinner pancakes for those who may like a fluffy side they take awhile to bake through. Overall will order again so I can try on other ingredients.
