What is Ashwagandha Complex?
Ashwagandha Complex is a superior-quality supplement that combines a standardized extract of ashwagandha with 500 mg of ashwagandha root powder.
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), popularly known as Indian ginseng, is a plant that’s been used in Ayurvedic health practices for more than 2,500 years. Its roots contain a class of active constituents called withanolides.
As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet with food twice per day or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate and vegetable glycerin.
Free of: Milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, crustacean shellfish, fish, soy, gluten, titanium dioxide.
